Service Contracts
Full Service Contracts
A full service contract is the best coverage you can purchase on your lab equipment. This contract covers all costs (Parts & Labor) over the term of the contract. It includes at least one Preventive Maintenance visit (P.M.) during the term. Please contact our office for complete terms and conditions on this agreement
Total Labor Contract
A total labor contract covers all Labor costs during the term of the contracts. All parts will be billed at their current price. This contract includes one P.M. visit during the term. Please contact our office for complete terms and conditions on this agreement.
Preventive Maintenance Contract
A P.M. contract covers the cost of doing general maintenance on your equipment. It does not include any parts needed that were found defective, nor the labor involved in changing out the parts. General maintenance includes items such as cleaning condensers, checking motor brushes, testing backup alarms and batteries, etc. Please contact our office for complete terms and conditions on this agreement.
